Please pack the Plato in its original packaging. Only in the original packaging is the Plato sufficiently protected from damage during shipping.

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can purchase a new one from us.

We will be happy to make you an offer.

Should you opt for alternative packaging, we must point out that transport damage will be at your expense. 

Should we arrange collection for you, please inform us of the packaging dimensions.

Note: We will only return your product to you in its original packaging. If you do not send the product to us in this packaging, or your original box is no longer deemed suitable by us for return shipping, we will charge you for the original packaging that we will use for return shipping.

Place the package on a pallet and secure the package to the pallet. For example, with a lashing strap or packing tape.

Note: Due to its weight, the forwarding companies will only take the Plato if it is placed on a pallet and secured.

Important: Please do not lay the package on its side. The Plato may only be transported standing up. If the Plato cannot be taken along by the forwarding agent due to improper packaging, we will have to charge you for the empty journey.

Please note the ticket number on the shipment so that your Plato can be assigned to us. If the ticket number is not noted on the shipment and we are therefore unable to allocate it, we reserve the right to return the robot to you at your expense.

Please understand that the forwarding agent will only collect/deliver the goods free curbside or from the loading ramp.
